What do you get a girl who literally has everything? When it came to Miley Cyrus' 20th birthday gift, PETA hooked her up with a pet pig named Norah who lives at the Kindred Spirits Sanctuary in Ocala, Florida.
Vice President Tracy Reiman explained, “PETA knew that sponsoring a rescued pig was the perfect birthday present for a young woman who spends so much time encouraging others to help animals. From promoting animal adoption to speaking up for cows who suffer on dairy farms, Miley never stops letting her millions of fans know what they can do to make the world a kinder place.â€
Cyrus also asked her fans via Twitter to donate to her favorite animal charities in lieu of getting her birthday presents- “Thank you to all my fans who donated to starkey hearing spot rescue dogs for my birthday. y'all topped it again best bday (sic) present by far!â€
Meanwhile, Miley had a wild and crazy 20th birthday party, tweeting, “Great night last night. Thanks to everyone who celebrated with me. & yes I did get a big booty hoe 4 my birfday.â€
