'Jersey Shore' star's rep confirms to MTV News that her little guido is on the way.

It's official. Representatives for Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi have confirmed to MTV News that the "Jersey Shore" guidette is in labor.
"Yes, Nicole has gone into labor," reps confirmed. "While we understand she has fans everywhere — hospitals now included - we ask that her privacy be respected moving forward. We'll all get to meet her Italian Stallion newborn soon enough."
Less than 24-hours-ago, Polizzi tweeted, "I'm a balloon waiting to pop." The 24-year-old mom-to-be and fiancé Jionni LaValle confirmed their pregnancy in March. They are expecting a boy who they have planned to name Lorenzo LaValle.
Snooki and LaValle began dating two years ago. According to the MTV star, he has plans to pursue a career in education as a teacher. He also works with kids as a wrestling coach.
"I've always wanted to have a family, have kids and then be engaged," Snooki told MTV News in June. "But I didn't think it would be this soon. I was thinking two years from now, but the fact that it happened ... I think everything happens for a reason, and I'm so excited."
The Snookster's "Jersey Shore" co-stars are thrilled. "I'm real excited," Pauly told MTV News about his pal's impending motherhood. "You want to know why? I love babies! I love everything about them, when they're not yours. So I'll take care of it, spoil it and then when it's crying, give it back to Snooki."
