Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are reportedly desperate to reconcile, but comedian Stephen Colbert doesn’t buy it!
Rob, 26, and Kristen, 22, were under fire from the 48-year-old funnyman when he wrote a pointed September 27 tweet.
“Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are back together,” he wrote. “Wow, and so close to the release date of their new movie. That’s lucky!”
Stephen totally thinks their renewed love is fake — but we think they’re meant to be together!
In the midst of their reconciliation, Kristen is still focusing on promoting her new movie, On The Road.
“To play a part like Marylou, she’s very vivid and colorful but also on the periphery. You don’t know her heart and head and the how and why she does what she does. By the time that it came to film, I didn’t want to play her simply as this character that is just a wild and sexy girl. With the research we were able to do, applying the whys and getting to know the people behind the characters
