Kim Kardashian’s cat Mercy has passed away, she announced on her blog on Friday...
Kardashian received the kitten from her boyfriend Kanye West as a gift in September, but it was diagnosed with a fatal virus in the end of November.
Kim had been forced to stop caring for her little kitten herself already in October, due to discovering she was allergic to it! That's when Mercy was given away to Khloe's assistant (Sydney Hitchcock), who'd recently lost her own cat after 17 years...
And so then came Mercy's illness - that attacked the kitty's stomach and her aggressive treatment couldn't get her better, and so it was decided to have her euthanized so she wouldn't have to be in pain.
Kim wrote on her blog: “It broke not only my heart that little Mercy died at only four months old, but Sydney’s too.†Aww we're so, so, so sorry, Kim and Sydney! (gossipcop)
